Visa Information

Please contact the Chinese Embassy, consulates and other Chinese visa authorities in your country or region to apply for the Visa at least three months before your departure for China. The Chinese visa authorities may issue a diplomatic, courtesy, service or ordinary visa to a foreigner according to his identity, purpose of visit to China and passport type.

Procedure:
[1]. Download Application for Invitation Letter and authorized notification form
[2]. Send this form to apan24@cstnet.cn
[3]. You will receive invitation letter from China local organizer.
[4]. Bring this invitation letter to Chinese embassy or consulate in your country of residence.

Notes:
#1. If original hard copies of the invitation letter and authorized notification form are needed, please kindly indicate in the request form.
#2. If you will take accompanies together, please kindly indicate in the request form.
