- Scott informed that the attendees will pay the full registration and the
organizers will provide the funding to cover the costs of organizing the

under PC. Prof. Joo suggested that APAN secretariat work in association with the
local organizers for room availability and the arrangements.
- Review of tentative schedule (slot allocation):
- APAN Secretariat informed the program committee members about the confirmation
of schedule interchange between the Medical workshop and the Network
Engineering workshop.
- End -to- End Performance workshop has also confirmed their second set of slots

program from Natural Resources Area (NR) group and the cancellation of H.350

few changes in the slot allocation. The revised and updated schedule based on
these
suggestions can be viewed at http://www.apan.net/meetings/tokyo2006/schedule.html
- APAN Secretariat will report to the program committee if new workshop
proposals were received or if any change was necessary.
- Prof. Joo requested APAN Secretariat to contact the workshop
organizers and
collect the proposals if there were any still left to receive.
- APAN Secretariat was also requested to get the number of participants
information from the organizers to discuss the room allocation with the local
organizing committee.
- Other Issues:
