======================================================================== APAN Fellow program for Members : Application Form ======================================================================== We are pleased to announce our Fellow Program to APAN members for APAN Thailand Meeting on January 23-25,2001. The purpose of this program is to encourage participation of members, especially from developing countries and students,in APAN meetings by partialtravel support. Partial travel support, which covers your registration and accomodation fees(AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN SUPPORTED ITEM) *Range of Support ----------------- - Registration Fee(USD 100), which includes all events( Meeting, Tutorial/Workshop, Proceedings) 2 breaks and 1 lunch daily for 23-25 Jan. 2 reception dinners on Jan 23-24 - Accomodation ( 3 NIGHT and occupy 3 persons per unit) * Additional staying is covered by your own budget. - Transportation (HOTEL AeroThai <-> Meeting venue/20 minutes) APAN Fellows must provide their own transportation from the airport to the hotel (It will be better to take an airport taxi to the AeroThai.) Arrival is recommended on Tuesday 22 January for fellows to be able to attend the pre-conference dinner on the evening. Remark: APAN Fellows do not need to reserve accommodations or register for the events individually. Rooms will be reserved and registration processed automatically.
