-some rooms were tight and fully packed
-opening plenary got good response
-popular workshop-Network engineering
-conflict of Grid sessions and e-Science

4. 23rd APAN presentations by Joric
-Direct flights to Manila
-venue and accommodation at same hotel
-cheaper hotels nearby

5. Lawrence Wong will explore use of NUS facilities for VTC meetings of
Program Committee and get back to APAN Secretariat as soon as possible.
6. APAN sec will provide participants info by the end of August.

8. There should be a panel of 3-4 speakers for the closing plenary
9. Program Committee can gives ideas for opening plenary and closing plenary to the Local Organizing committee and thus LOC can decide.
