Following consideration, the following are recommended to the APAN Chair, or Election Committee Chair (in the case of conflict) to put to the General Assembly or Primary Members Council for vote or endorsement:

to be put to General Assembly by Election Committee Chair

(i) (a) APAN Chair Shigeki Goto (for the period until the General Assembly at the 24th APAN meeting in Xi'An)

(i) (b) APAN Chair Jianping WU (for the period until the General Assembly at the 24th APAN meeting in Xi'An)

(ii) APAN Vice-Chair Lawrence Wong (to 30 June 2008)

(iii) Treasurer Dae Young Kim (to 30 June 2008)

(iv) Area Director Okamura-san (to 30 June 2008)

(v) Area Director Network Technology Sures (until another candidate is identified)

(vi) IPv6 Task Force will become IPv6 Working Group with Ma Yan as chair until 30 Jun 2008

(vii) Working Groups, in consultation with their Area Directors, elect their own chairs and should inform APAN Secretariat.

(viii) APAN secretariat will advise when the terms of chairs are going to expire so that appointments or elections can be held at the meeting before the expiry of a chairs term
