Revised Singapore APAN Meeting Announcement as follows;
Further revision may be made on site.

	Sunday evening meeting over dinner
		will touch several issues in addition to NOC due to time
		constraints.  hope the local arrangement is done properly for
		the location within the hotel, and post/notify all of us.
		we meet at the lobby otherwise at 18:00.

	Monday morning meeting over breakfast
		will have two unrelated meeting over the breakfast.  hope
		the meeting coordinators prepare the agenda.  expect the local
		arrangement is done at the obvious restaurant for breakfast
		at the hotel.

	The rest will be arranged/updated at APAN Committee Meeting at 14:00
	on Monday, 20th, which will be held at the hotel with appropriate
	announcement.
