   -  status reports of TransPAC engineering implementation from each
      APAN member network and Indiana University

   -  technical implementation discussions of routing, policy routing,
      ATM, differential services, MBONE and other issues

   -  define base guideline for recoverability from hardware failures,
      i.e. redundancy and spares

   -  develop an acceptance testing plan for the services
