Working Group, BoF, and Mailing List at APAN - draft

We would like to formalize formation of various groups such as

Mailing List Group
BoF
Working Group

The mailing list can be formed by asking the relevant Area Director directly
or through APAN Secretariat.  We need the following information;

Title of Mailing List Group
Coordinator
Description of Mailing List Group
Initial Members
Mailing List

We may terminate the group if there are no activities for one year or more.

BoF meetings may be held to discuss various things such as

Timely Topic
Working Group Formation

BoF is normally held once or twice for one year or less.  One needs to ask the
relevant Area Director of your intention to hold a BoF session, and we need 
the following information;

Title of BoF Session
Session Chair
Description of BoF
Members
Mailing List

A Working Group(WG) is normally formed through establishment of the mailing
list followed by BoF.  One need to contact the relevant Area Director to 
form a working group, and we need the following information;

Title of Working Group
Group Chair
National Contacts(2 or more countries)
Working Group Charter

We expect each working group to meet once a year or more.
