Important notice
Delegates must pre-register for this conference. Queenstown is very busy in August with many tourists and snowboarding enthusiasts. This means accommodation very limited and needs to be organised well in advance.

- Conference fees are calculated in New Zealand Dollars. Prices are based on the usual standard fee of US$350. As at 20 Jan 2008 the exchange rate for NZ$ 1.00 was US$ 0.76, hence the standard fee in New Zealand Dollars of NZ$460. The exchange rate may vary throughout the registration period, however the fee in NZ$ will stay the same.
- Standard registration includes entry to all conference sessions, all morning and afternoon teas, all lunches, the Welcome Reception on 5 August and the APAN Banquet on 7 August.
- Students will need to enter their student ID number and name of educational institution to register.
Payment method
When registering online, you can pay immediately by credit card via a secure server, or choose to be emailed an invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a NZ$100.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 1 May 2008. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Please note that refunds shall not be processed until after the conference.

Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
