Objective

Our goal is to establish a medical network with high-quality moving image on a broadband Internet in all Asia-Pacific regions.
In order to expand our WG, it is essential for both medical and engineering people to get together on site and discuss our next strategy. At the same time, we will demonstrate our new and developing systems to our members.

Objective: This session aims to realize fusion technology in the medical sphere by networking expert groups in the same sphere and correlating needs group for medical expertise and its supply group. Anyone can be an adequate expert for these sessions, if he has interests in convergence of the cutting edge and information technology, and, furthermore, of medical knowledge. So far only the interested researchers connected by the broad band network have joined them. We hope more and more researchers have interests in this session’s objective and join the similar sessions.

Room setup: Class Room Shape
We will have two or more live demonstrations among multiple stations. We would like to have enough time for preparation or rehearsals at the same room, such as the night before or a few days before the event. Necessary equipments may include multi-point teleconference system, microphones, mixers, and several high-quality monitors.
