Notes
- Airfare is NOT provided.
- Fellowship award is non-transferable.
- Four Nights [Check-in:3 Aug & Check-out: 7 Aug] will be paid by the Fellowship Program, Fellows must pay for additional nights by themselves.
- Fellowship fund includes the Refreshment/Lunch/Dinner for the days of the meeting.
- Fellows are also entitled for the Welcome Reception and Banquet.
- In case of no confirmation from fellows, waiting list fellow will be selected.
- Selected fellows do not required to registered separately, they will be registered automatically.
- To & Fro (Hotel and Airport) traveling allowance is also provided after arrival.
- Fellows accommodation will be twin sharing and accommodation site will be Pinewood Lodge | Directions
- Fellows must present passport for the purpose of identification on the arrival.
