For Regular Landline users, you can call the APAN trunkline at +632927 3502. Calls from this trunkline will be directly routed to the
Secretariat Extension. Where they can transfer it to any extension

For VoIP Users, you can call ASTI's Trunkline at 500 ASTI (500 2784) and then press 9 to be forwarded to the APAN event.

Call Procedures

Call Transfer:
Step 1 - Press flash
Step 2 - Enter the extension number followed by the # key

Call Outside Metro Manila Landline numbers: Simply dial the Landline Number

Call VoIP numbers: Dial 9 plus the VoIP Number

For persons involved in the APAN event, please inform outside contacts regarding the trunkline number.
