Notes:

1. Airfare is NOT provided.
2. Fellowship award is non-transferable.
3. Four Nights [Check-in:19 July & Check-out: 23 Jul] will be paid by the Fellowship Program, Fellows must pay for additional nights by themselves.
4. Fellowship fund includes the Refreshment/Lunch/Dinner for the days of the meeting.
5. Fellows are also entitled for the Welcome Reception and Banquet.
6. In case of no confirmation from fellows, waiting list fellow will be selected.
7. Selected fellows do not required to registered separately, they will be registered automatically by APAN.
8. To & Fro (Hotel and Airport) traveling allowance is also provided after arrival.
9. Fellows accommodation will be twin sharing at Nova Hotel.
10. Fellows must present passport for the purpose of identification on the arrival.
