1. Attendance: Yusheng Ji (Video conference), Shigeki Goto, Xing Li, Julie Watson, Shigeki Yamada, Issariya, Pujan. 

2. Chair of Network Research Group 

Yusheng Ji accepted to hold position as the chair of network research group for the next term. 

3. Members Update:

      (a) Network Research group will update members upon requests and suggestions from current members.

      (b) One person from NR group should attend PC meeting.

      (c) Pujan will include members in the NR group mailing list. 

4. Summary of last NR workshop

      (a) The summary of last NR workshop in Xi'an was made by Yusheng Ji.

      (b) Issues regarding the next workshop in Queenstown, such as cfp, paper review, proceedings, etc. have been discussed. 

5. Synchronization with fellowship committee.

There should be synchronization between fellowship committee and network research group.  

6. Other Businesses

              (a) Call for papers can be announced in February.

(b) Some keywords should be included such as "sustainable networking" in call for paper.

(c) Further discussion is required for extra papers (excluding to network research) to be included or not.

(d) Further discussion is required for Joint Proceedings between Network Research and APNG camp.

(e) NR group members and other APAN members will help for paper review, as well as collecting the paper for the next workshop. We may also send our CFP to AsiaFI group.
