(a) Lawrence Wong is nominated vice chair of APAN for the second term. Nomination is proposed by Francis Lee and seconder was DY Kim. No Objection received. 

(b) DY Kim is nominated vice chair of APAN. Nomination is proposed by Francis Lee and seconder was George McLaughlin. No Objection received. 

(c) George McLaughlin is nominated treasurer of APAN. Nomination is proposed by Lawrence Wong and seconder was DY Kim. No Objection received. 

(d) Francis Lee is nominated for election committee chair for next term. No Objection was received. 

(e) Denis Villorente is nominated for event committee chair for next term. Nomination is proposed by current event committee chair and event committee and it is endorsed. No Objection received. 

(f) George McLaughlin is nominated for backbone committee chair for second term. It is proposed by Jianping Wu and seconder was Shigeki Goto. No Objection received. 

(g) Training Committee: No Nominations were received.

Importance of training committee is discussed. It is further implied that Training committee should not be closed.
