Pre-Member Meeting Minute

1. Dr. Chon called on the meeting and briefly introduced the Secretariat.

2. Dr. Chon briefly described the major issues and called for comments and discussion.

3. Dr. chon announced LK newly joint as associate members and the representatives from each country gave short report.

4. Pacific Wave and AU representative reported.

5. BK Kim reported that the conference committee would start from Aug; the conference will include some performance and others.
