1. Dr. Chon. Suggested to revise the group name from South Cluster to South East Cluster. (Due to the possibilities of confusion between India and ASEAN)

2. Dr. Royol and Lawrence presented the proposed objectives and all the suggestions and questions related to this matter will be reviewed before putting it officially.

3. Suggestion on use network topology suggested in a report provide by Prof. Kanchana will be consider.
