Summary:

• An MOU was signed between APAN and PRAGMA but nobody has seen the final signed MOU. Action item: Find the signed copy of the MOU with PRAGMA and check the details of the agreement.
• The members feel strongly about switching status from WG to Committee and would re-propose the idea during the general assembly. It was suggested that to make their case stronger, they might want to solicit the endorsement of some influential APAN personalities.
• They felt that their current status as WG is limiting their activities and that they can be more effective when given a committee status.
• They also found the need to clear with the Application Technology Area first about their proposal to switch to committee status and learn the correct procedure in applying for this.
• Before the meeting was ended, members advertised upcoming events relevant to the members of this WG and
