Some updates after mtg: 
1.1  Accommodation
- The venue hotel is the recommended accommodation with 
   negotialted rate. 
   - 150 rooms for apan participants
   - most TH participants not stay in the hotel
- 5 other hotels are provided as 2nd choice

- only use one floor (6 floor watergate ballroom)
   5 mtg rooms

1.3 Keynote speakers in Plenary
- two proposed speakers cannot make it due to conflict schedule
- MICT was agreed to be one of the speaker
- org comm need decide another speaker 
   recommendation from program comm: Anne Trefethen,
   deputy director of the UK eScience program
