I. Recommended Accommodations
Please note that the rates for the Amari Watergate Hotel as indicated below are as negotiated by local organizer with the hotel for your convenience. There are a limited number of rooms allocated to the 19^th APAN meeting. Please book the accommodation as soon as
possible before 24^th December 2004. The booking done later than 24^th December 2004 will depend on the available of hotel room space.

To secure accommodation bookings, you will be required to provide a deposit of one night's accommodation to the conference organisers (information is avaible at registration page or contact pattama@ait.ac.th directly) which will be passed to the hotel. The balance of the account is to be settled by the delegate at the time of departure. As January is a peak season in Bangkok, please be aware that cancellations less than a week from scheduled arrival will incur charges equal to one night accommodation.

Note: All rates include American breakfast and are in Thai Baht (approx. exchange rate is Baht40 for USD1).
