| Objectives: | Agricultural development is a big issue in every Asia-Pacific countries. Many organizations including government, NGO, university and private company are interested in policy and technology for promoting agricultural development. ICT is one of the crucial technologies in developing countries as well as developed countries. In this section, impacts of ICT on agricultural development will discussed with applications and perspectives in Asia-Pacific countries including Bangladesh, Laos, China, and Japan. |
