 Objectives:

•Setting up a venue for exchange of information and experience among members on more up-to-date practice of network-based education
•Setting up application templates for advanced media
•Establishing multicasting applications for teaching and learning
•Creating collaborative environments with computer-mediated communications for learning
•Promoting research and development on network-based education via collaboration among members
